**Terms + Conditions**
Wavemakers is applicable to Glasslake residential and small commercial products and programs. Brokerage must be onboarded status and in good standing with Glasslake Funding ULC. Funded volume will be counted to the name of the agent on the deal submission. If you are pooling, the submission agent will receive the benefit. Monthly qualifiers will be from the previous month's funding between the first and last day of the month and will be notified on the 1st business day of the following month via email. Rewards will be applicable for the month awarded only. There is no carry-over (if you don't take advantage of the perk, you lose it). A quarterly reward for 3-month spree WaveOne, WaveTwo or WaveThree qualifying will be awarded at the discretion of Glasslake Funding, ULC.
